There are always many people at the Grand Palace which is normal knowing the craze of monument.
It is a true explosion of colors throughout the visit.
The Grand Palais is open every day.

Sukhothai was the first capital of Siam founded in 1238 and ending the Khmer reign of Angkor Wat. Sukhothai is located 440 km from Bangkok and is an ideal stopover between the capital and the north of Thailand.
Take a tuk-tuk or a local bus to get to the site from your accommodation and then rent a bike there like this you will be able to visit all the site.

Ayutthaya is the capital of Ayutthaya province in Thailand. Founded in 1350 by King U-Thong (Ramathibodi I). It became the capital of the kingdom of Ayutthaya, or Siam. Destroyed in 1767 by the Burmese army, it lost its role to the new capital, Bangkok.
The Historical Park of Ayutthaya is home to dozens of ancient temples and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site reflects all the richness and importance that the city had at the time.
